iBLossomLearn is a global-minded, student-centered learning organization dedicated to supporting multilingual learners, newcomers, and families through personalized, culturally responsive education.

We maintain a curated list of open opportunities for educators, mentors, specialists, and volunteers who want to support our mission.

Most roles are fully virtual, allowing you to support students from anywhere.

In-person opportunities are available only when micro-schools or community learning hubs open in selected locations.

Instructional & Academic Roles (Virtual)

ESOL Tutor (Grades 4–12)

Part-time Virtual

Support multilingual learners with reading, writing, academic English, and confidence-building strategies.

Math & STEM Learning Coach

Part-time Virtual

Guide students through applied mathematics, problem-solving, and STEM projects.

Digital Learning Facilitator

Part-time Virtual

Support students enrolled in the Digital Learning & GlobalCore Curriculum with navigation, pacing, and academic support.

Academic Intervention Specialist

Contract Virtual

Provide targeted support for students needing additional literacy or numeracy intervention.

Mentorship & Student Support Roles (Virtual)

Mentorship Pathways Coach

Part-time Virtual

Offer academic mentoring, social-emotional support, and leadership development for Promise Scholarship students.

Student Success Guide

Contract Virtual

Help students set goals, track progress, and build executive functioning skills.

Family Support Coordinator

Part-time Virtual (Hybrid only in micro-school locations)

Assist families with enrollment, scholarship navigation, and communication with the iBlossomLearn team.

Support multilingual learners with reading fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary development.

Homework Helper (All Subjects)

Assist students with assignments, study skills, and organization.

Community Mentor

Provide encouragement, positive role-modeling, and cultural connection.

Family Engagement Volunteer

Help families navigate school systems, scholarship programs, and community resources.

Global Learning Ambassador

Share cultural knowledge, language skills, or global perspectives with students.
