Our admissions pathway helps us understand each learner’s academic background, language profile, and support needs so we can place them in the program that best aligns with their goals — whether Full‑Time Enrollment, Part‑Time Courses, Tutoring, Summer Programs, or Micro‑Schools.

What to expect

Admissions Pathway

1. Application Submission

Families begin by completing the online application form. This provides essential information about the student’s academic history, language background, and program interests.

2. Family Consultation

After submitting the application, families meet with our admissions team for a personalized consultation. This conversation helps us understand the learner’s goals and ensures families feel informed and supported.

3. Academic Assessment

Students complete a brief placement assessment aligned with the GlobalCore Framework, including literacy, math, and English language proficiency (for multilingual learners). This ensures accurate placement and individualized learning plans.

4. Seat Offer

Families receive a formal Seat Offer outlining program placement, tuition or financial assistance, technology requirements, and start dates. Refugee and newcomer families may qualify for full or partial tuition assistance through our nonprofit mission.

5. Registration & Orientation

Once the seat is accepted, families complete registration and attend orientation. Students receive platform onboarding, meet teachers and advisors, and learn about mastery‑based learning and GlobalCore expectations.
