This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for iBlossomLearn programs and services.

General Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued when:
- A program is canceled by iBlossomLearn
- A duplicate payment is made
- A refund policy is explicitly stated for a specific service
Refunds are not issued for:
- Completed tutoring sessions
- Missed sessions without 24-hour notice
- Digital products already delivered
- Scholarship-funded services (subject to state rules)

Promise Scholarship Refunds
For Georgia Promise Scholarship users:
- Refunds follow Odyssey and state guidelines
- Funds may only be returned to the student's scholarship account
- Cash refunds are not permitted

Cancellation Policy
24+ hours notice
Sessions canceled with 24+ hours notice may be rescheduled
Less than 24 hours
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable
