The Leadership Team at iBLossomLearn Academy is responsible for guiding the school’s mission, ensuring academic excellence, and upholding our commitment as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit institution. Our leaders bring expertise in multilingual education, newcomer support, STEM integration, digital learning, global citizenship, and trauma‑informed practice. Together, they steward the GlobalCore Framework, oversee accreditation readiness, and ensure that every learner—regardless of background or circumstance—has access to a high‑quality, equitable education.

Academic Leadership

Oversees curriculum development, instructional quality, GlobalCore Framework implementation, mastery‑based learning, and multilingual literacy pathways. Academic leaders support teachers, facilitators, and micro‑school partners.

Student Services Leadership

Guides social‑emotional learning, newcomer supports, trauma‑informed practices, and family engagement. This team ensures that students receive holistic, culturally responsive care.

Technology & Digital Learning Leadership

Manages digital platforms, virtual learning systems, cybersecurity, and digital literacy initiatives. This team ensures that students and families can access learning safely and effectively.

Community & Partnership Leadership

Builds relationships with NGOs, resettlement agencies, ministries of education, and micro‑school partners. This team expands global access and supports community‑based learning hubs.
